All kinds of music make my maracas shiver with pleasure. My taste is very eclectic: everything from the Arctic Monkeys to ZZ Top, from Balkan Brass to Duke Ellington. SOMETHING
Shirley Bassey has done many covers of great songs, and manages to put her own stamp on them every time. She has a soft spot for Lennon & McCartney. I think her version of "Something" has something almost operatic about it.
